Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan Siswa (LDKS) SMK adalah sebuah pelatihan dasar yang menjadi salah satu program kerja Kesiswaan. Biasanya diadakan sekali di setiap Tahun Ajaran baru, LDK dapat dikategorikan sebagai bagian dari pelatihan dan pengembangan SDM, yang memiliki tujuan untuk mempersiapkan SDM organisasi yang di sekolah agar memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan dan mampu bekerja secara efektif.
Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan Siswa (LDKS) merupakan suatu pelatihan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan atau skill siswa dalam memimpin. Salah satu tujuan latihan kepemimpinan siswa yaitu untuk membangun karakter pribadi (personality) supaya semakin kuat.
Semua siswa-siswi SMK TEKINDO harus dan wajib mengikuti LDKS karena memiliki tujuan yang sesuai dengan visi dan misi sekolah SMK TEKINDO serta mempunyai banyak manfaat.
Kamis, 20 Oktober 2022. Kegiatan LDKS di laksanakan di Sukamahi, Kec. Megamendung, Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat dengan pemberian materi-materi dasar kepemimpinan. Acara ini diselenggarakan selama dua hari.
